Q: Does the custom paint by numbers kit come with a frame?

We have two options: without frame and with frame, For details, please refer to the picture on the product page

Q: Does the paint by number kit come with paint brushes?

Yes,No matter what option you buy, All  paint by numbers kit comes with 3 brushes. 1 Large, 1 medium and 1 small. 

Q: How long do I have to finish the painting After receiving the painting ?

• For paint by numbers, we recommend that you finish the painting as soon as possible, and do not leave it for more than 2 months. Note: When you are taking a break, you must remember to close the lids to the paint cups
• For diamond paintings, we recommend that you finish the painting as soon as possible, and do not leave it for more than 3 months, because more than 3 months will reduce the viscosity of the glue on the canvas and cause the diamond to not stick firmly.

Q: Do you have wooden frame sold separately？

Yes,We sell pine wood frames separately, this one needs to be assembled by yourself, the assembly is very simple.This wooden frame is only suitable for paint by numbers.For all diamond paintings, we do not sell wooden frames that match the diamond paintings

Q: How long does it take to have my order delivered upon being shipped?

Our paintings are shipped from China, the shipping process takes 10-20 days, the longest is no more than 30 days
